By accessing or using Easy Entropy, you agree to these Terms. You must have authority to act for your company and to share any billing or account data you upload.

2. Services

We provide analysis of cloud billing information and recommendations intended to improve cost efficiency. Recommendations are informational and do not automatically change your cloud environment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and maintain current contact details.
• Upload only documents and data you are authorized to share.
• Protect account credentials and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Review recommendations before implementation in production environments.

4. Fees and Payment

Commercial pricing and payment terms are defined in your order form, statement of work, or other written agreement. If no paid agreement exists, your use is limited to services made available without charge.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your submitted data. Easy Entropy retains ownership of the service, software, models, methods, and related intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Savings estimates are projections and not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on implementation decisions, cloud provider pricing changes, and usage behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Entropy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Easy Entropy from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, non-payment (where applicable), or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes is San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and reflected by the updated date below.
